  • How to make an original, healthy, fresh and light dessert - During almost 3 hours, Lore explains from start to finish how to make this beautiful dessert that will be the star of your next celebration.
  • A different approach - Lore discusses which are the most common mistakes when creating a new vegan and gluten-free dessert from scratch, especially when we need to substitute eggs from a traditional recipe.
  • Key ingredients - There are plenty of natural ingredients available that can be used to make healthy vegan and gluten-free desserts. Lore introduces them and explain their role in this recipe.
  • Dairy-free and egg-free - Try to find a good vegan and gluten-free tiramisu made only with natural ingredients and unrefined sugars: it is no easy feat! Many vegan recipes use store-bought “cheese” creams or coconut to replicate the texture of the mascarpone cheese, but they usually mask the taste we’re looking for. In this masterclass, Lore goes deeply into the aquafaba technique as a substitute for eggs in healthy vegan pastry.
